Lift: Aritco Public Lift Access

We needed a lift from the ground floor to the first floor of the County Classics Motor Museum In Taunton Somerset for disable access to the coffee shop and museum.

Having researched Platinum lifts I felt that the Aritco lift was the best option.
We arranged for a visit from them to measure up where the lift would fit and all our options.
Rob and Shariff have been outstanding and extremely helpful and kept in contact with us throughout all the stages from the beginning to the finished product.
The engineers were polite and professional the lift looks like it was always meant to be there in place.
We would recommend this company to anyone who would like a processional lift and service.

Our Charity required a platform lift to have installed into a Grade 11* listed stately home we had raised the funding to restore and turn into a large, welcoming community Centre in the East of Cardiff, South Wales.

Due to the layout of our place of worship at Westgate Evangelical Chapel Pembroke, being a two storey building, we as a fellowship, were in need of a lift capable of providing uncomplicated access to the first floor sanctuary for those who have difficulty in, or are incapable of, negotiating the stairs.
We were looking for a suitable lift that, had simple controls, felt bright and airy, and did not feel claustrophobic.
The lift had to provide access from a Sunday School room on the ground floor into the Sanctuary on the first floor (4.3m), even during lessons and a church service.

We met Rob of Platinum lifts at an exhibition in Exeter in November 2017. We were looking for a lift for our 'soon to be remodelled' house and loved the design of the Aritco lift. Rob was knowledgeable and helpful from the very start.

Our building schedule did not go to plan and we had major delays as we had to submit a complete new application for a new build. Rob stayed in touch throughout the delays and then through the build process. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always available to help with technical questions and to provide copious information to our builders.

The S15 lift installation finally got going in January 2020. Whilst there were a few issues and teething problems - mainly due to changes in the supplier of the components to Aritco and software changes - Rob kept us informed during the whole process.

Our installation was not time critical - fortunately - and the installation engineers promptly replaced parts as needed and finally signed off a fully functioning, quality and highly pleasing product, with all the knobs and whistles in place, just 3 1/2 years after we first met Rob!

This Aritco product has no competitors. As the lift is part of a large open plan space on the first floor it had to look good - which it does. It is very quiet and having the lift means that we never have to leave our 'upside down' house when we can no longer manage the stairs!
