We are here for you. Platinum Lifts UK wide network of engineers are trained and qualified by Aritco in servicing and maintaining their platform lifts. And as an official Aritco partner, we can get spare parts delivered within 24 hours to get your lift back up and running in no time.
A regular service checks the condition of your lift, and can assess everything from general wear and tear to fluid levels, electronic components, drive performance and more. It is important for the long term health of your lift that a service is carried out by an Aritco approved engineer.
To ensure your lift gets the optimum level of care and maintenance at all stages of its life, we recommend a level of servicing depending on how often you use your lift.
The choice of ongoing servicing is always yours, though many lift owners tend to go for a three or six monthly full service, knowing that having their lift serviced regularly should ultimately maintain its performance and prolong its working life. Routine maintenance can also help prevent the development of any long-term issues and avoid any expensive repairs!
Our maintenance contract customers have access to our out of hours emergency assistance phoneline. This line is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We also offer priority response for call outs and a discounted tariff on all parts for all lifts covered by an active maintenance agreement.
